This engineering advancement creates a bigger hot zone for impressive power, even on off-center hits. Consistent with Exotics technology, the V-series also has an extremely low spin rate, optimizing trajectory and maximizing length. The unique titanium cup face and hosel design allows an additional 30 grams of weight to be transferred to the high-density steel sole to deliver unsurpassed feel and responsiveness. Built with pure Exotics sophistication, 80% of the XCG-V s total head weight is in the rear heel and toe of the sole. This set up is achieved by the heavy high-density steel sole plate. Weighing in at 184 grams, the unique v-shape sole shifts more weight to the rear corners of the club head for greater forgiveness. The resulting center of gravity angle is extremely deep and helps the club face square at impact with more force for a quick launch and longer, more accurate shots. The XCG-V has the lowest, deepest CG (center of gravity) of any Exotics hybrid ever developed.
