"Srixon I-302 Iron Set The Srixon I-302 irons provide forgiveness, precision and power within a classic-looking club. These irons feature a beautifully crafted, forged cavity back that is very traditional in shape, yet very modern in performance. Its trajectory control design places the center of gravity (CG) deep and low in the clubhead, resulting in a larger sweet spot and enhanced distance control on all mis-hits. Modifying the shape of the tour back cavity from the long irons through the short irons determines the distance from CG to shaft line optimally through the set. This CG placement also provides an ideal sweet spot for accomplished players. The long irons are easier to square and the short irons have the ideal trajectory. The I-302s are made of soft 1025 carbon steel shaped via a 6x struck forging process. This process provides more uniformity to the grain and a more precise shaping to the clubface. The thin topline provides an accomplished player the confidence to shape shots and attack all pin placements. The double round radiused sole allows the club to glide easily through all turf conditions."
