A new 5 step precision forging process is an improvement over the traditonal 2 or 3 step forging process. The new 5 step process produces more accurate raw forgings, compacts the metal tighter for the elimination of voids and allows for less grinding and polishing to give better consistency from head to head. 600W wedges offer wider sole widths than the Orginal Snake Eyes Forged wedge and a tour beveled sole design to enhance the playability from the sand, rough or fairway. Bounce angles are geared to be current with trends by PGA Tour players. The 60* wedge is designed with 10 degrees of bounce to allow better play from the sand and rough. U grooves are CNC machine milled for utlimate accuracy.
