"A New and Improved Version of the Tool Most Preferred by Our Own Repairmen for Removing Grips Intact. An extraordinarily simple, yet effective, tool that removes a grip with a minimum of effort and preserves it for re-installation. The New Spring-Rod design improves the tools efficiency by creating a channel for the grip solvent, allowing the solvent to penetrate into the grip faster and easier. The rounded edges and tip reduce damage to both the grip and graphite shafts. Lubricate the dual spring-rod blades with grip solvent, then work it under the mouth of the grip. The tool slides up inside to the butt end of the club (apply more solvent as necessary), then work the tool quickly around the circumference of the shaft. Both grip and tool slide off the shaft effortlessly. Not recommended for use with Winn grips."
